Job Description
- Receive, analyze sales targets and develop sales plans by assigned area/route.
- Monitor, evaluate progress and propose solutions to achieve sales goals.
- Search, approach, and develop new customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers; conduct regular visits and provide after-sales care.
- Communicate pricing policies, promotions, and collect customer feedback.
- Gather market and competitor information.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Working Area: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Requirements
Education: High school graduate or higher.
Preferred candidates with experience in sales, fieldwork, FMCG, bottled water, beer, wine, or related products.
Passion for sales and business development.
Honest, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
Willing to travel frequently.
Salary & Benefits
Probation period: 2 months. Official salary to be negotiated after probation.
